I only accept returns for store credit. Items will only be accepted back if it is post marked within 7 business days of when the item was first delivered to you. After the 7 business days I can no longer accept the item back.
Items must be undamaged, unworn and in original condition with no strong scents like smoke or perfumes etc. If it is not in the original condition or has strong odors I will send it back to you and I will not accept it for a store credit. Please send me a message before you send an item back so I know to look out for it and so I can give you the correct mailing address. Please always make sure to get a tracking number with any return package. Once the item arrives back to me, I will issue a store credit gift card via email equal to the original purchase price, shipping costs excluded.
You can use this e-gift card towards any item on my shop and it never expires. Store credit can not be transferred to my Etsy Shop, Instagram Sales or any other selling platform including pop-up shop event appearances / in-person sales.
*There are no refunds for gift cards purchased for my shop. If you do return an item bought from a gift card I put the balance back on the card for you to reuse again on another item of your choice.
Shipping prices are based on weight of the item or items and zip code. Most are $5.00 or less with free shipping for orders $50.00 and up (domestic/USA) and $10.00 to ship internationally with free shipping on orders $80.00 and up.
We are a small operation but we are typically able to ship items the following business day from when the order was placed (we often ship on Saturdays as well). All items shipped will have a tracking number.
Although this situation is extremely rare, we are not responsible for lost packages in transit but we will do our best to help you track them down and figure out a solution that works for all parties.
Please double check your address before placing your order to make sure there are no delays or deliveries to wrong addresses. If a package does come back to me because of an address error on the customers side I will have to ask that you pay for postage again to get it back to the correct address.
